Passey Place pedestrianised area adjoins Eltham’s busy High Street and provides an ideal location for promotions and entertainment. The area has a Premises Licence and can be used between the hours of 9am to 6pm, as an entertainment space for music, dance and other street performances.

Opportunities exist for musicians and other performing arts groups to perform and promote their activities. There is no charge and in some circumstances (depending on the type of performance) payment of fees can be negotiated.
